Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for a customer service representative to join our existing team of retail kiosk customer service representatives.

On a day to day basis you will be required to:

  • Provide high quality effective, efficient and friendly service to customers and other stakeholders
  • Manage on-site retail kiosk outlet and manage stock control
  • Manage daily banking
  • Provide product advice
  • Maintain and process all sales

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer service / retail environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a team player
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability

Salary: Market related

Working hours: Retail hours – Monday to Sunday (Shifts)
