An exciting opportunity exists in our Cape Town branch for a Sectional Title Portfolio Administrator to effectively assist and support the Sectional Title Portfolio Manager with his/her portfolio by preparing & maintaining all relevant documentation as well as liaising with clients. Job Description:

  1. Typing of correspondence to trustees and owners
  2. Liaising with Chairman and Trustees in the absence of the Portfolio Manager
  3. Assisting with preparation of monthly packs for the chairman of the Body Corporate
  4. Ensuring all information is kept up to date on inhouse systems
  5. Logging insurance claims
  6. Assisting with maintenance issues
  7. Management of emails (continuous correspondence with clients within 24h turnaround time)
  8. Ensuring invoices are authorised and paid timeously
  9. Drafting Annual General Meeting notice and meeting prep
  10. Assist with completing AGM workflows after AGMs
  11. Submit CSOS Annual Returns after AGM’s

The requirements of the job are as follows:

  1. At least 2 years’ experience as a PA / general office administration
  2. Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word essential)
  3. Previous sectional title experience is an advantage
