Stores Administrator

Reporting to the warehouse manager, the stores administrator is responsible for assisting with organising the arrival, storage, issue and recording of goods movements in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the goods received coincide with the purchase order / GRN and reporting any discrepancies or quality concerns to management,
Arranging collections and deliveries,
Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy,
Provide assistance with monthly and annual stock takes,
Share ideas on improving procedures in the warehouse,
Capturing stock into stock control systems,

Requirements:

In order to be suitable for this role, you must be organised, methodical, tidy and precise,
Competent in Maths and English is essential,
Must be computer literate,
Be a team player,
Able to demonstrate effective time management,

R 8500 per month plus company benefits.
