Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, though providing graduates with an opportunity to gain workbased experience. Applications are invited for the Strategy and Reporting Internship for unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 35.The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.

Work based exposure may include the following; (populate in the form of Summary)
Analyse, strategise and assist in the development of Strategic, Annual Performance, and Departmental Operational plans.
Coordinate and integrate information from relevant stakeholder for input to the strategy.
Cascade the strategy and APP to all RAF business unit to ensure that operational plans are aligned.
Advise all contributors of deadline dates for submission of material.
Collate and review information.
Report on the Fund’s performance on monthly; quarterly; half yearly and annual basis to track performance on pre-determined objectives.
Compile reports or memorandums to management and the impact thereof.
Report on the new course of action where necessary to ensure achievement of pre-determined objectives
Assist management to develop action plans to address areas on non-achievements.
Develop and/or provide assistance to management on ad hoc business plans when required.
Admin related matters.

Qualifications and other Requirements
Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
B. Degree in the following fields/ Administration/ Information Sytems /Mathematics/statistics/Public Management and Business Management
Certified copy of Academic transcript
Your CV and motivational letter
Technical and behavioral competencies required

The successful candidate will be required to display the following competencies in this role:
Written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Detail orientation
Desire and potential to learn
Basic computer skills
Prioritize tasks as needed
The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
