Travel and Tourism Internship

An exciting opportunity exists for 4 interns who have recently graduated or are currently enrolled in a course relevant to the position being advertised. This is a 12 month internship with a view to go permanent. Applicants must be able to commit to a 12 month internship.

The role:

Support property owners, property managers and holiday makers by providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email,
Understand our customers needs through excellent listening and questioning skills,
Deliver an outstanding service to our customers and ensuring that they are fully satisfied with our services, and also to ensure repeat business,
Able to build rapport and strong business relationships with both internal and external clients,
Educate clients on all of our product offerings,
Stay up to date on all of our product or service offerings,

Key Competencies & Requirements:

Completed Grade 12 or equivalent,
Have recently graduated or currently enrolled in a course relevant to the position being advertised,
Must be friendly, outgoing, engaging, positive professional with a strong work ethic,
Must be able to commit to a 12 month internship,
Must hold a South African ID (neighbouring African country citizens must be on a study or work permit and must provide a clear police clearance certificate),
Be between the ages of 19 – 30 years old,
Not enrolled for any other Internship,

Stipend: R 6500 per month.
